About the Y-40: The Deep Joy
The Y-40 was built by architect Emanuele Boaretto and officially opened on June 5th, 2014, and is now the deepest pool on planet Earth, beating out the worlds second largest pool the Nemo 33. Located in abano-Montegrotto Terme, Padua, Italy, the Y-40 aims at being a global underwater activities icon. The pool is open for business 365 days of the year. It was designed with thermal water and maintains constant temperatures between 32 – 44 degrees Celsius, the reason being is to give divers the opportunity to drive without using a wet suit.
Aside from the pool, the Y-40 offers a variety of things to do, including luxurious hotel logging, a restaurant, spa, and other recreational activities. This destination is ideal for anyone looking to learn beginner or advanced diving skills, as they offer a series of training courses and workshops. Free diving, scuba diving, and team building are among, the most popular reasons people visit.
Y-40 is unique in its field thanks to the spa water, which cannot be outsourced. We want to open up new medium and long term work prospects to try and guarantee prosperity, not only for my company but also for the surrounding land and society.
